had better 的用法

had better (常簡略為 d better)是固定詞組，常表示“**好”，用于表示對別人的勸告、建議或表示一種愿望，主語不論是第幾人稱，句子不論是什么時態(tài)，都要用had better 的形式。其用法有以下幾點：

1.had better 后面必須跟動詞原形

had better 后跟動詞原形，即不帶to 的不定式，構成had better do sth.句型，例如：

You d better go to hospital at once. 你**好立即去醫(yī)院看病。

2.had better 的否定式

常用的否定形式是將not 直接放在had better 的后面，例如：

You had better not do that stupid thing. 你**好不要做那樣愚蠢的事。

You had better not leave her alone. 你**好不理她。

3.在祈使句中，had 有時可以省略

Better not do it. **好別做那事。

Better not wait for them. **好不要等他們。
