When you were a child you were free from worries and anxieties. As the time passes, you are influenced by several social, personal and familial crises, and the mind becomes stressful, with negativity, jealousy and pessimism. Below are some techniques which can help you get a peaceful mind:

Please mind your own business; never let an unnecessary thought disturb your mental peace. Just focus on something positive, practical and fruitful.
請做好自己份內(nèi)的事情,永遠(yuǎn)不要讓不必要的想法擾亂你內(nèi)心的安寧,而是只把精力集中于正面、實(shí)際和富有成效的事情。
2.Surround yourself in positive people.與積極向上的人為友。
Ignore negative comments and stay away from negative persons. Stay with positive people and learn from them.
不要理睬消極意見,并遠(yuǎn)離消極之人。與積極向上的人相處,向他們學(xué)習(xí)。
3.Don’t think about others too much.不要過多考慮別人。
Don’t allow your brain to compare yourself to others; don’t be jealous. Remember: small minds discuss people, average minds discuss events, higher minds discuss ideas and great minds act in silence.
不要在腦海里把自己同他人相比較,也不要嫉妒。記住:心胸狹隘的人議論他人,普通人談?wù)撌录?,智者談?wù)撓敕?,而偉人則默默行動(dòng)。
4.Know that you can't keep everyone happy.明白你不可能取悅所有人。
Be natural and genuine in what you do. Be positive, constructive and ethical in your deeds, and develop trust to establish powerful relationships.
無論做什么都要自然而真實(shí)。做事要積極、富有建設(shè)性并合乎道德,增進(jìn)信任,從而建立起強(qiáng)有力的人際關(guān)系。
5.Control your mood swings.控制你的情緒波動(dòng)。
Don’t be over sensitive to others. Stop being inactive and stay calm.
不要對他人過度敏感。不再消極被動(dòng),而是保持冷靜。
6.Try to improve yourself.努力提高自己。
Develop the power, believe in your skill, and you will get what you have been entitled for. Patience and consistency in your deeds is the key to success.
積攢力量,并相信自己的能力,這樣你就會(huì)得到你應(yīng)得的一切。做事時(shí)的耐心和堅(jiān)定是成功的關(guān)鍵。
7.Be a simple person.做一個(gè)簡單的人。
Simplicity in your character and living style can overcome the stress and improve your happiness index. Don’t be socially sensitive and try to understand others.
你的性格和生活方式中簡單的一面有助于克服壓力,并提高你的幸福指數(shù)。在社交方面不要太敏感,要試著去理解他人。
