?First quarter: Sales remained fairly steady throughout the months of January to March.

**季度：銷售額從1月份到3月份一直都保持平穩(wěn)。

?Second quarter: There was a down turn in the second quarter with the sales falling to 150 million at the end of June.

第二季度：銷售額出現(xiàn)下降趨勢，6月底降到1.5億。

?Third quarter: Sales rocketed in July and reached a peak at the end of September.

• quarter: one of four equal parts of something 四分之一，這里是“季度”

• remain: to stay in a state 保持；繼續(xù)

• fairly: to quite a large degree 在很大程度上

• steady: a situation continues and is not likely to change 穩(wěn)定的

• throughout: during a whole period （某個階段內(nèi)）自始至終

• downturn: something becomes worse 衰退

• fall: to move downward 下降；落下 fall to: 降至
