基礎(chǔ) 郵件步驟
郵件**步:?jiǎn)柡蛘Z(yǔ)
Greeting
一般**常使用的是Dear 收信人姓名。如果是寄信給長(zhǎng)輩或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、客戶(hù),加上稱(chēng)謂會(huì)比較正式,平級(jí)同事或合作伙伴直接寫(xiě)名字即可。
當(dāng)遇到收信人不確定的時(shí)候,比如轉(zhuǎn)寄給某項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)人員,可以用

格式需注意的是,所有g(shù)reeting后面要加逗號(hào),然后空一行開(kāi)始信件正文。
郵件第二步:告知目的
Purpose
在詳細(xì)表述前,一般需要一句提綱挈領(lǐng)的話告知郵件重點(diǎn)。

這封信是關(guān)于 …
回信的開(kāi)頭可以說(shuō)

感謝您聯(lián)絡(luò)我們 …
in reference to 和 regarding 是“有關(guān)”“關(guān)于”的意思。行文中使用會(huì)比較正式,我們熟悉的about比較口語(yǔ)化,郵件中**不要用。對(duì)比感受一下:
口語(yǔ):I’m talking about the meeting scheduled for next week.
正式:I am writing inreference to the meeting scheduled for next week.
正式:I am writing to you regarding the possibility of scheduling a meeting for next week.
這里in reference to與regarding的一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)不同在于,inreference to用于已經(jīng)跟對(duì)方提到過(guò)的事而regarding的用法比較廣泛。
郵件第三步:正文
Content
商務(wù)郵件**重要的一點(diǎn)就是要簡(jiǎn)~單~明~了!直入主題,不要用大長(zhǎng)句,這里不需要你得瑟自己的水平。
“我已將××粘帖至附件”~也是經(jīng)常使用的句子。

請(qǐng)仔細(xì)查閱附件。
I have attached the previously mentioned documents for your review.

郵件第四步:結(jié)尾

通常我們會(huì)客氣地說(shuō),辛苦、感謝、隨時(shí)溝通之類(lèi)的。

TIPS 讓郵件錦上添花
連接詞的使用
快拋棄BTW吧,在一個(gè)郵件里說(shuō)起另外一件事情,你可以用in addition to/additionally/furthermore
多使用被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)
郵件或者正式的文件里,被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)會(huì)顯得更專(zhuān)業(yè)。比如需要某樣?xùn)|西,把I need xxx改成xxx is required.是不是看上去專(zhuān)業(yè)多了?
還有一個(gè)例子可以省掉主語(yǔ),把句子結(jié)構(gòu)改成Itis 動(dòng)詞,比如It is proposed that/It is confirmed that...
多注意nativespeaker的用詞
注意用他們常用的同義詞替換你常用的。比如because of 可以用due to替代;比如請(qǐng)別人核實(shí)問(wèn)題的時(shí)候不要只會(huì)用check, clarify/verify/cross verify都非常好用;比如表示在某件事之前除了before你還可以用priorto;表示在某件事之后除了用after還可以用upon(當(dāng)然用法有一些區(qū)別,舉例:Let's talk about this after you come back改成Let's talkabout this upon your return)
類(lèi)似的同義詞,如果用的時(shí)候不確定用法是否有區(qū)別,隨時(shí)查字典即可。
兩個(gè)投訴句式
There were somesmall issues which we probably need your attention to look upon.
Due to thediscrepancies in xxx issue we need your attention to resolve the problem.
