　　回答： it is great to work with others because when you are in a team, you canshare ideas with others, and think critically. I can also improve my ability toget along with others.

　　Do you like to be a leader?

　　回答：實(shí)際上我一直團(tuán)隊(duì)中是leader，我很喜歡，因?yàn)槟阈枰崆白鲇?jì)劃和做一些重要的決定

　　短語(yǔ): do planning, make important decisions, assume responsibilities

　　Actually, I have a lot of experience working as the team leader. I enjoy itbecause I need to do planning in advance and make important decisions for theteam. It is part of our lives to assume responsibilities.
