One in five US workers regularly attends after-work drinks with co-workers, where the most common36 range from bad-mouthing (說……的壞話) another worker to kissing a colleague and drinking too much, according to a study(37)on Tuesday.

An equal number of men and women said they attend happy hours with co-workers, with younger workers aged 25 to 34 most likely and workers over 55 least(43)to attend.

Overall, 21 percent of workers attend happy hours with co-workers and, of those,(44)a quarter go at least once a month.

37.M

語法判斷:空格前是according to a study,空格后是on Tuesday,空格中所填入的詞應(yīng)和oil Tuesday一起構(gòu)成a study的后置定語對其進(jìn)行修飾。

38.A

41.L

語法判斷:空格前為happy hours ale good for,故應(yīng)填入名詞。

42.E

語法判斷:空格前為attending had not helped them get,空格后為to someone higher up or get a better position??

43.H

語法判斷:空格前為with younger workers aged 25 to 34 most likely and workers over 55 least, and連接兩個并列結(jié)構(gòu),故應(yīng)填入的詞匯應(yīng)充分考慮前面的mostlikely。

本C合考慮,nearly(將近)符合題意。

45.I
