　　1 . attend on sb 照料某人，服侍某人。如：

　　Who will attend on the patient? 誰來護(hù)理病人?

　　He was attended on by a number of servants. 有好多傭人侍候他。

　　注：有時(shí)其中的介詞 on 可以省略。如：

　　He has two nurses attending him. 有兩位護(hù)士護(hù)理他。

　　2 . attend to

　　注意聽。如：

　　Attend now to what I tell you. 現(xiàn)在注意聽我給你講。

　　If you don’t attend to your teacher, you’ll never learn anything. 你要是不注意聽老師講，你就會(huì)什么也學(xué)不到。

　　處理;辦理。如：

　　I’ll attend to the matter. 這事我來處理。

　　治療;醫(yī)治。如：
